Beaches Brewing Company was founded in 2014 by longtime Beach resident and Master Brewer Carl Pratt, with a simple vision: to create a neighbourhood brewery that reflected the community it called home. What began as a passion for brewing great beer has grown into something much bigger.
Today, Beaches Brewing Company has entered a new chapter.
Built by Carl alongside partners, Krishna Gaudel, Stephane Lacoste, and Chef Rajesh Pandey, we’ve reimagined what a neighbourhood brewpub can be by bringing together decades of experience in brewing, hospitality, design and culinary arts, we’ve created a space that feels both familiar and unexpected. A place where exceptional craft beer meets elevated food, thoughtful cocktails and genuine hospitality.
We’re inspired by the Beaches of Toronto, but also by beaches around the world. That feeling of slowing down, enjoying good company and escaping the pace of everyday life is woven into everything we do. Whether you’re joining us for a quick pint after work, settling in over dinner with friends, sipping a carefully curated cocktail, or catching the big match, we want every visit to feel effortless.
Our kitchen reflects the same philosophy as our brewery. Classic comfort is elevated with French technique and Southeast Asian influence, creating dishes that are approachable, memorable and designed to pair beautifully with everything from our house lagers to seasonal specials.
Behind every beer is Carl’s Dedicating to quality and craftsmanship. With the support of a team focused on creating an unforgettable guest experience, he’s able to do what he loves most, brewing beers that celebrate the neighbourhood, local collaborators, favorite travels and the people who inspire them.
